These terms and conditions apply to all offers and the Sales made through this Website.

 Please read these terms and conditions of sale carefully before ordering any product. It would be best to understand that you agree to accept the following terms and conditions by ordering any of our products.

ORDERING POLICY

  • When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate. You are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place the order. There are sufficient funds in the card used to cover the cost of the goods.
  • The lead time for shipping out your order depends on the client’s location and the availability of the products mentioned on this Website. Therefore, the lead time will vary between TWO – TEN working days.
  • However, Soul Odyssey Store takes responsibility for informing the client if there are any changes in this lead time due to unforeseen reasons.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

  • Pricing and related costs of product and shipping/delivery shall be as disclosed to you at your purchase. We do not guarantee that the price will be the lowest in the city, region, or geography. Therefore, if the mentioned information or price is not correct, we may, at our sole discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order. The client will receive notifications via the email address provided to us at the time of registration in case of any cancellations.
  • If we cancel the order after the payment has been processed, we will remit the said amount to the account from which you made the payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • After placing an order, the customer can only cancel it if the order has not been dispatched. Once the order has been dispatched, there is no possibility of cancelation.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS

  • Soul Odyssey Store manages and maintains this Website. Throughout this Website, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Soul Odyssey Store.
  • We will verify your shipping address and pin code with our database before you proceed to pay for your purchase. If the address you give is not serviceable by our delivery partners, we will request you to provide us with an alternate shipping address which we expect to have on our delivery partner’s/vendor’s delivery list. We are not responsible for any dispute regarding the shipment of the products or services for the areas not covered by our delivery partners. If you order multiple products in one transaction, we will make every effort to ship all products together. However, this may not always be possible.
  • Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 days of placing the order. The shipping might take up to 5 days, depending on where you are based in India. Please note that there might be delays in shipment due to the COVID situation.
  • Transactions through this Website may be subject to a delivery charge, and it will reflect during the check-out stage depending on the customer’s order and the delivery address.
  • The products may arrive earlier than the indicated delivery lead time mentioned on each product page. Soul Odyssey Store is not responsible if the product/products arrive late to the client due to any unforeseen circumstances.
  • The customer will receive shipping updates via email.

RETURNS, REPLACEMENT, AND EXCHANGE

  • If your order has been shipped out from our warehouse facility, the sale is final, and there is no return.
  • If you receive a damaged product or a mismatched product as per your original order, please email us at help@—— 
  • within 2-3 working days from receiving the order. However, after receiving your complaint, Soul Odyssey Store shall verify the authenticity and the nature of the complaint. If we are convinced that the complaint is genuine, a replacement/exchange will be made. But if the complaint is frivolous or baseless, we reserve the right to take legal actions against you, and you will be solely liable for all costs incurred by Soul Odyssey Store in this regard.
  • If the product needs to return for replacement/exchange must be unused and should be in the same condition as the one received with the original packing.
  • Note: In the case of replacement, it is subject to stock availability. If the product you bought is out of stock, a refund will be processed. One-time exchange per product is accepted.
  • If the returned product is in a non-sellable condition, Soul Odyssey Store will not initiate the exchange and may send back the product to you.

REFUND

  • Once the sale is made, any refunds would not be possible. Please refer to our RETURN AND REPLACEMENT policy above.

NO COMPENSATION POLICY

  • The customer cannot request compensation for any reason, including but not limited to: any variation in the finish or appearance of the final product; any delay in delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances; any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damage of any kind caused by a product; missed opportunities to avail specific discounts; any issue with our delivery partners or their personnel; any deactivated voucher; unavailability of products which the customer tried to purchase, etc.
  • Soul Odyssey Store holds the right to cancel the order and block the account of customers who try to request unreasonable and unlawful compensation.
